At Scrapbookist, we want your creative supplies to reach you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines how we handle the shipping of your orders.

1. Processing Time

We strive to prepare your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Period: Orders are typically processed and packed within 7 business days.
  • Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order (e.g., due to high volume or supply shortages), we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer shipping options for both domestic and international customers.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship via reputated Domestic Courier Agency like Trackon & DTDC. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
  • International Shipping: We are happy to ship our products worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Delivery Estimates

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, here are our estimated transit times once an order has been shipped:

  • Domestic: 3 to 14 business days.
  • International: 21 to 30 business days (depending on your country’s customs processing).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries. However, please be aware that we are unable to ship to restricted regions as declared by Indian Government laws.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your scrapbook supplies so they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If they are unable to locate it, reach out to us at scrapbookist@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
