Because many of our offerings may be custom-made, our return policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it / within 7 days of purchase.

• Exclusions: Personalized scrapbook layouts and digital downloads.

• How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email scrapbookist@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
